We love Snowboarding!

We import the best snowboarding products from around the world to NZ and Australia. As a wholesaler we look after the stores and make sure you can find our products locally. We are the exclusive New Zealand and Australia representatives of the brands you see here, it all started with Bataleon Snowboards and has grown quickly!

We launched our website Yeahforit.co.nz in 2012 to help us deliver a better service for our customers, retailers and brands. This has evolved in to a multi-channel retail solution with the '% For Locals' program which pays back to brick and mortar retailers and the local Snowboard scene.

Our mission is to provide riders and shops with the best service, freshest products, best value and to keep building the stoke through supporting the growth of snowboarding down under.

Thanks for supporting snowboarding in New Zealand and Australia!

Matt Taylor

Matt got hooked on snowboarding in 1996 at Mt Ruapehu. This stoke led to a love for the mountains and a desire to travel and ride. To support winter seasons in NZ, Canada, Japan and Europe, he worked in retail stores selling snowboard gear for almost ten years, and developed a huge interest in products and technology. After 5 years in Queenstown, he moved to Wellington in 2011 to study Industrial Design and marketing, and and completed his degree in 2013. Also a very keen surfer and mountain biker, Matt is always keen for a mission and loves to live outside of the comfort zone.

Simon Robinson

Simon started riding back in 1999 at the mighty Ruapehu, and started working in a snowboard store in Wellington in 2001. He lives and breathes snowboarding and has a huge passion for the industry. Currently residing in Queenstown, he makes the most of every season up the mountain and tries to escape to the northen hemi powder as often as possible. You will see Simon around your local fields bringing the stoke at demo days, or sprinting through the streets of Queenstown to the Fire Station as a Volunteer Fire Fighter.
